New bilingual contracts
I worked in a matrix organization. Managers could or would potentially be coming from various countries. The company had grown through acquisitions which also left us with varies contract and historical agreements that differs. We formed a new and bilingual contract template for each situation and location. We also ensure that the manager had access to his direct reports latest contract and most important addendums. Main and new policies and employee handbooks was also translated. By doing so the managers was able to read the basic terms and conditions for their employees which enabled them to lead their department with better confidence as they did not have to ask for advise all the time.
