Christoffer Bjørk Petersen

I am a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR and marketing roles. Throughout my career, I have excelled in various positions such as HR Manager for Scandinavia, Recruitment Manager, HR Project Manager, Marketing Communication Manager, HR Consultant, and HR Development Manager. I have had the opportunity to work in companies of different sizes, ranging from 10 to 8,500 employees, gaining valuable insights and expertise along the way.
My skill set is broad and encompasses expertise in recruitment, leadership program development, HR annual processes, HR operations including contract and new legislation, project management, strategy development and implementation, HR consulting, and talent development. I pride myself on my ability to easily navigate across all organizational levels, from production employees to C-level directors in large corporations.
